A NOTE TO ALL NEW AND RETURNING COACHES WHO ARE APPLYING TO COACH WITH PHANTOMS YOUTH: All coaches are approved at a Hockey Operations and Board level and then it is the final decision of an approved head coach to choose his or her assistants (coaching staff). Therefore, although a coach may be qualified and/or may be a returning coach, it does not mean you will have a coaching position on a specific team. The organization allows head coaches the opportunity to surround themselves and the players with those who they feel will work best in reaching their season goals.
